Old Fiora had one of the highest winrates in the game :D Maybe she was really op, too bad she was not played in LCS, she could be FOTM for some time...

She wasn't played in the LCS for the same reason that Katarina, Master Yi, Aatrox, and so on aren't played in the LCS. Tiny amount of focus completely shuts her down and makes her irrelevant.

Every time I see Katarina in competetive Chinese or Korean tournament they destroy everyone... Last year Koreans picked Akali (top) and Katarina (mid) during the Worlds and the matches were just stomps. So even pros can't stop the assasins every time.

Katarina, for some reason, tends to do way better on the Chinese/Korean scene than NA, as far as Pro Games are concerned.

It is mostly because of a change in mentality between the regions, i would wager. Her strengths are far more abusable on the East for some reason that i cant describe because i am just a noob.

People in EU and NA are playing safer farmfest... people from East risk, but if you fail, you throw your game.

And yet people bitch and complain that she's op... meanwhile Yi literally does the same thing, click Q and then rape 1v5... Malzahar, click r, insta kill... there's so many champs that gain so much with little effort, Fiora (old Fiora) took positioning and timing with pulling off her kit... now, it takes a shit ton of skill and luck to pull of what is one of the most underwhelming ults in the game... for a heal that literally feels so unreliable.
