Doing a rework of alistar

I think Alistar needs a rework as a champion , the champion in itself is really old and the way that champion works does not really suit him , when you think of Alistar , a minotaur , it gives you the idea of a fighter who dishes out damage constantly while being able to stay alive for long periods of time and not an utility tank, i think Alistar should be reworked so that his abilities are completely changed and scale of bonus AD rather than AP , also making him less mana reliant and more based on dishing out constant damage rather than him just being able to cc the enemies once in a while.
