What Champions are on Riot's list of Visual Updates/Voice Over Updates?

I remember them posting a while back about a Visual Update to Cho, Morg, Kayle, Corki, Ammumu, and Teemo. Can we still look forward to this, or have they made different plans?

Also would Riot ever considering giving Voice overs to older champs or ones that didn't get one in their game play update(Shen is the only one that comes to mind at the moment).

https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202294884-Champion-Update-Schedule Voiceover updates are more of a "this VO person is here, let's get some quick updates in" as happend with Lux. Otherwise they likely won't happen outside of VGU's.
