I was playing my 10 games of ranked and i won 6 out of 10. My friend v hysteria won 5 out of 10 games. He got silver 5 while i got bronze 1! Was it my performance on the games or wht cuz i did so good on all my 10 ranked games. I was adc all the time and always positive by like +5. I dont understand the rank system! Plz help me Riot. U could even check my match history on my stats. Plz help! Btw last season, i got silver 5 in the beginning when i won about like 5 wins.

It takes your previous season's rank into account.

And it takes mmr (performance per game) into calculation, not just wins.

The Average MMR for this league is 1,200. 1,429 MMR Very nice! Your MMR is considered higher than this league!

So yer, tbh idk as well.

Must just be something to do with reset's algorithm. Or your last season's rank dragging you down.
