Season 6: The Permaslow
Can we finally admit this season that either we have to get rid of or rework Frozen Mallet and Rylai's Crystal Scepter and adjust champions accordingly?

especially has just been taking a beating this season with the amount of slows there are from rylais being the new fad mage item and frozen mallet making a big appearance on fighters. He was already showing signs of weakness before the frozen mallet fad popped up, and now it's just even worse.

No need to remove them, just change them.
Champions that use the item as their core like karthus ,vlad , swain, brand should receive some extra very weak ( like 15 - 30 %) slows in their kits and make rylais amplify slow power instead of giving free perma slow to everyone.
even in cases like rylais is cancer.
he should be able to work off slowing and kiting people by hitting his wall and not just passively slow them in an aoe with rylais and use the item as aimbot replacement to hit his q. the way they reworked that item with the full % aoe slow and the buff to minions and increase to repeated slows is just completely stupid.
tune down the passive on that thing and fix shitty and undertuned champion kits like karthus that use it as a bandaid.
his wall would be the absolute ideal ability to add the grounded debuff, or dash block, like azirs wall has.
Riot, if you hate people not being slowed, why not just lower everyone's movespeed and remove the items? Does the same thing, but then it's at least equal across the board.

Nope, Rlyais allows immobile mages like my boy Azir to kite tanks and slow down the predator.

Too many champs rely on rylais... What I would like for rylais is that it's slow decay rapidly... Same with frozen... So that when something shoots me from far away and I waste flash or ghost to try to get away I can actually get away... They don't need a cool down.... They need a window of opportunity to leave.
Also while we are on it than kenchs q cool down pisses me off.... He can use it hit me three times then stun spit me out and slow me again... Fucking troll ass shit..
Not sure that we have to get rid of them completely, but their slows need to change from a permanent passive to a more windowed effect that is gated in some way to prevent permaslows.
I JUST posted about this crap. Fucking Jinx with Runnans and Mallet building Randuins slowing three of us at once. Ont to mention she fed me in top lane early game. Fking srsly Rito?
Idea;
Hit by Rylai's/Mallet slow = Immune to the effect for a 1-2 seconds after the effect ends.
No perma slows.
