Bots Ruining Gaming Experience

So I've been playing LoL for about 3 - 4 years now and enjoyed it for most of the part, but the new development really upsets me, go into ARAM and your greeted by 3-4 Bots on your team, that constantly feed the enemy team, and after reading A LOT of forums and discussions it's apparent that it isn't just ARAM matches, Dominion seems to be "useless" as well. People argue "Get higher ELO and the problem will disappear". I live in a region where the best I'll get is 250 ping and with that I've gone Gold 1, so How High Must I Go? Riot please fix this. It ruins this game completely. Take a note out of some other games and read the IP address from these Bots and permanent Ban the IP. And if these "players"are just noobs don't team them up with players that aren't new to the game. Well, I hope others are also feeling my rage. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
