Can we get a champ that actually requires skill and doesn't have 900 AP with two items while I'm sitting at 150 with two? This is insane and needs to stop. If he had any mechanical depth I would play him more often for the freelo. Unfortunately, he gets so boring so fast that it's not worth even the free LP. Boring as hell, cancer to play against. Riot, your balance team is garbage. It has been since season 6 started and I'm so fed up with it. I've played since season 2 and this is the least balanced I've ever felt League.

Considering half of his skills are very hard to land (with only having 1 hargeted skill), he's immobile, and is squishy as hell, i'd say that he takes a fair amount of skill to do well with.
