Guinsoo's Rageblade Question

Hey, I have a question that's been on my mind for a while, and it factors the "Guinsoo's Rageblade", "Runaan's Hurricane", and Champion On-Hit Effects.

If I were to use Teemo with Rageblade, Hurricane, and got Guinsoo's Rage, would the Poison apply to the Hurricane's Bolts?

What I mean by this is if I get Guinsoo's Rage, and AA 3 different targets, would the "Double Trigger of On-Hit Effects" still apply to the other 2 Bolts? Reason I ask is because it says in Hurricane that it shoots "Up to 2 targets near the enemy", and I'm not sure if a "Bolt" is considered an AA.
