KarthusBuff

I played Karthus today and I feel like his Ultimate has a massive cooldown (for reasons, it's a massive ultimate) but waiting 3 minutes to use an ability feels very frustrating. Atm. requiem has this cooldown 200/180/160 and I do believe 160 at lvl 3 is a fair cooldown, but man lvl 1 and 2 really suck. We all know about that feeling when you're basing after a massive 1v1 and you thought you got away with like 20 hp and you see that blue laser over you and you think man i hate this champ. on the other side if you play karthus and you don't get the kill because of ga zonyas shilds heals tahm kench fizz etc. you feel very sad because of that long cooldown and since the rework on mages will take some time riot maybe could share some love with karthus and reduce its ultimate cooldown if he uses it and gets no kill/assist for it. I think 20 seconds would be fair enough. Discuss.
