Remake time

Shouldn't the remake time be extended? 3 minutes is way too short, for example my windows crashes for no reason at all, and when I finally was able to reconnect, that's already over 3 minutes and every single time people decided that I won't be coming back and vote for remake. 5 minutes would be a rather decent time before a game could be voted for remake.

Haters will say "In 5 minutes you already lose your lane"
