RANKED GAMES: Add Higher Requirements To Join

There needs to be a much more strict policy on who can begin playing ranked games.

For example, no player should seriously be able to begin ranked games unless they own at least 90% of the champions and have played at least 10 games on each of these champions to understand their play style, weaknesses/counters and strengths which you need to know to play at the ranked level.

There are reasons why people say Bronze forever. If one of your accounts ends up in Bronze, give up your aspirations for making challenger or above because you will be stuck in bronze FOREVER. The reason being is that people do not meet the aforementioned criteria and to make things worse, it is full of trolls there just to ruin everyone else's time.

I hope with some positive criticism in the following posts that we can all agree on a revamp to the ranked system restricting "Newb Players" and Trolls from entering any ranked games if they do not meet the criteria.

It is obvious that players who cannot meet the criteria of owning at least 90% of the champions and having played 10 games + on each of them are not serious about the game and do not have a substantial understanding of it either. As such you can remain in normals where you belong and stop ruining games for people trying to improve their rank.

This will allow you to better yourself in a less time consuming unranked game where you play among your piers and gain more IP since ranked games with champion selection/draft/ban phase is more time consuming than a normal team builder game. By all means, accrue the number of Champions required and meet the new standards if and when they are ever put into place and join the ranked battlefield.

However you need to understand that Ranked games are not just for fun, they are for position/prestige and people are there to win. If you are there just for fun and want to "Do what you want because I am not the boss of you etc..." then you do not belong in ranked games. Communication is key in a real game and replying with,"You aren't the team captain" when someone asks for an assist on a target or to stop focusing the tank and focus the ADC like anyone should know, then you do not belong in ranked games.

If by some means this system is not plausible and people do not support it, AT LEAST Support a system where you can reset your Provisional 10 games after a few months to restart your 10 games which would allow you to place higher in rank so you can escape bronze where players will drag you down to ELO hell for eternity.
