Very curious as to why people who have quit league for 1-3 months are not banned from ranked till they play at least 20 normal games just so they have an understanding of how the game has changed since they quit.

LadyRenly1 votesWithin 3 months we've gotten Steraks Gage, Randuins changed, Warmogs changed, Dead Mans Plate, Titanic Hydra, across the board armor nerfs, sated devourer...not drastic at all.
But this is still a dumb idea.
