Helping locked screen players

I myself play on locked screen and as soon as I try unlocked mode I will just do terrible. This really makes a huge difference when you are playing on purple/red team bot lane. I myself have called "not bot lane pls" to many times while playing on purple/red team because the game interface is in the way of the enemy champs. This makes it so much harder to land skill shots and even auto attacks, making it so that I will almost always lose bot. I think that an easy way to fix this would be to add an in game setting under options that could flip your in-game interface so that things like you ability bar, champ icon, and mini map are placed on top of your screen instead of the bottom making it easier for people to see what they are doing. This would be easy to make and I know would help many players.
