Balanced teams please

What is going on with the elo's? I am in bronze, yeah not good i know. But here is my problem. In draft here is how my games is going the last few weeks. I either play against a team that isn't even close to begin played in ranked, or i am playing against players in elo's higher than mine. There is no balance. In the one ranked game i played there was 2 silver players on the enemy team. Great for them since well yeah free lp basically. They have more experience playing ranked while others are still learning. I know riot want to make the Que times shorter but i would rather wait longer to get a more balanced game. At the moment there isnt really sacsifation from playing the game. And that just suckes because it was a fun game. Can riot just leave the que times in peace and give back the more balanced teams please. I dont want to play against players under level 30 since it is unfair against team. I want to play against players who plays more like me or better.. since that is the only why to really learn. RIot pls do something.
