so I just played an Lee game and did somehow pretty well.. expected my post game score to be good .. now I ask what determines my rating if not KDA, Dmg done, Wards placed and Gold?

What determines your ranking is from not only your K/D/A, but also things like objectives taken, CS, Wards. But also it takes into account the region you are in and how that champion is played by everyone else in said region. Lee Sin is not only popular, but just recently got a skin so everyone is playing him!
we cant see your damage done, nor wards placed/destroyed, or structures destroyed.
your cs and gold sucks ass. the only positive thing is your k/d/a.
but what determins grade amongst other things is mainly how those stats compare to other lee sin players at your mmr.
i also noticed being on a killing streak without feeding the shutdown gold has a pretty decent impact on grades.
How long was the match? Judging by your nasus, it was probably around 35-50 minutes log, your CS was really lacking if that's the case, Your wards are also a mystery to us, we need more information than this to help you solve your problem :)

You have 114 cs in what I assume to be a long game based on how much cs your team has.
Lee is good at camp clearing and should be able to approach and even overcome other laner's CS as the game goes on.
for a 40 minute game, 100 cs is SUPER DUPER EXTRA low. 12 wards placed in a 40 minute match? SUPER Low ESPECIALLY for a Lee Sin. So your kills is the major reason you got as high as an A-.
