People seem to be confused on what "bench the Kench" was referring to. It was when he was too strong and was banned most of the time. He was unbenched when they nerfed him.
Him being too weak to be viable isn't him being on the bench.
I can't pick him anymore without being a detriment to my team at level 1. You will just get bullied by ANY poke in lane and be useless the entire time. Level 2, lucian all-ins your lane and you lose no matter what, or at least blow your flash.
