Can we Get a Swain/Annie nerf RitoGames . . .

Annie and Swain have been OP for i while now and most of the time there burst damage range and team fight potential are pretty crazy seeing that Annie is such a lost cost for the amount of damage early game through late game is very annoying and almost impossible to lane against as the same argument with swain is applied swains ult gives him insane lane dominance and life steal that does all your Health in a matter of seconds Annie's stun and or damage **nerf **would be a great impact but would make alot more people happy to see that people are not getting one hit by one ability. and as for swain,his ult should have a timer on how long it can be used and cost more **mana **i myself as a league players have faced both these champions and found it most difficult to actually win and have a fun game without feeding . . .

I play a good amount of Swain and i think it is more how much his ult heals then how much damage he does. I would be willing to trade a bit of healing or damage for some wave clear though.

Annie is beyond broken in soloqueue (in mid), and im so sick of being 100-0ed by her mindless burst and stun. It needs reworked, and until then gutted, because no one should be able to hard carry a team with that braindead of a champion.
