hell its just a ridiculously good keystone overall. Wish they were all this fucking strong. IDK why Riot always puts in place keystones/runes that are just glaringly better than the others for a large portion of champs. You want diversity, but then why chunk this bad mambo jambo in the mix?
this keystone is good for anyone with on hit effects (Vayne, Teemo, etc) but I think you could make an arguement for the other two in Precision for non-on hit champions like Cait, Lucian, Jhin (actually, might be really good on Jhin lol ). I think its too early to judge the comparative power of the keystones.
We arent even one week into the patch. Give it at least 2 or 3 patches, RIOT will be making balancing passes a lot early on. This is kind of a big change yeah?
Lethal Tempo is good when their team isn't full of assassins and one-shot burst champs.
