What has happened to the community?

Recently I have noticed that there are many more people tilting and intentionally feeding or going afk. From like 10 last games I have played with or against this type of player like 5 times...And it really does not matter in which team it happens it ruins the game for all. Does riot changed any policy about this type of behavior or am I just "lucky". Also, I am not sure if its anyhow connected but my games are being remade pretty often sometimes even people on both sides afk. I play lol for at least 8 years (with breaks) and I feel like the community is worst so far.

PS: Is it just me who noticed that nobody these days says "GL HF" at the beginning of the game. I remember that almost everybody used to do that...
