Here we would try to reduce the Q's poke in the lane but compensating the damage in the Q's explosions, rewarding the hitting of the E first and punishing the one who gets stuck in the Q's explosions.


Atack Range: 550 >>> 525 Atack speed: 0.645 >>> 0.660 W Shapesplitter: Cooldown: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 >>> 18 at all levels

Less range to make her less oppressive in the Toplane and a compensation in the atack speed for her on-hit version.


R Pop Blossom: Cooldown: 90 >>> 110 / 100 / 90

It's a bad explanation, I guess, but I always felt it was too low that CD.


Basically I think those changes would leave her in a good place and open up spaces against her to play. best regards!

The title is misleading This isn't ideas to balance her It's to nerf her.

My biggest problem with Neeko is her root that is unblockable.

The Q poke is fine, the R is totally fair. Regarding AS, I'd be worried of AS Neeko being the better version once again, but I'm not necessarily against it.

But as long as she keeps that root, she can fuck any melee champ whenever she wants, and that's not fun. That's the only unfair part of her kit.
