Hello, I see that you have buffed a few times this year. As an main, I welcome this. However, the biggest pet peeve is not being able to Ult when CCed. This is important because is as an assassin which makes him kinda squishy. It won't be too much because he would still need to time it well (no pun intended) and have good judgement. Wait too long to try to get the ult damage and risk dieing, and doing it early to get away you waste all the ult damage. There are other champions that are able to ult out of CC like Alistar. This would complete Ekko's Kit and it plays well with Ekko's theme of "going back in time no f's given". Thanks.

1.)Don't stand in range of his ultimate 2.)His shield and stun requires like, 5 entire seconds to set up and is easily moved out of the way.
3.)His burst isn't high compared to other AP assassins 4.)He's all AP so just build an MR item or two.

That's a lot of counterplay.

Ekko's ult CD is fairly short and it is already doing quite some stuff with the massive damage and healing, additionally to his repositioning with it.

Giving him the ability to ult during CC is definitely way too much. It would become absolutely impossible to catch out an Ekko with his ult up (which, like I said, is often because of the short CD). Now you are at least able to stunlock him to death.

And Ekko is my favourite mid laner in the game. I like to see him buffed, but what you suggest here would be absolutely broken.

Okay so would you be opposed to Riot getting rid of his shield, or even his damage to compensate?

Ekko's ultimate is technically one massive dash. If he can ult through CC, it would mean he can assassinate someone with little counterplay because he'd be able to ult away even if he got CC'ed. There would be zero risk to Ekko ever engaging a fight.
