Hello , I am learning Kat. I was wondering during laning how do you harass and get kills. When engaging a emeny how often do you aa cuz when I play and use shunpo, then aa , the aa do like no damage.

Basically, you gameplay will be like this all game:
shoom, shoom, KATAKATAKATA, shoom shoom
You harass by throwing your Q on the enemy. They will walk away but you should chase at least up to where their minions are engaged with your minions in the lane before just throwing your Q onto a minion instead. If you land the Q, great.
Don't go in on it unless you are ahead, they are 50% health or lower or you are about to get a gank. Reason being: if you are ahead, you will deal enough damage to make them wary and run away, if they are 50% health, you will deal enough damage to make them wary, if you are about to get a gank, you will probably get a kill.
Also, yes you should AA, but do not chase and AA unless they are low on health and you think you can get a kill. AA maybe once or twice before walking away. When you walk away, careful not to be too predictable. If they are a skill shot based champion, they will expect you to walk directly back towards your tower. Don't do that. Walk off towards the side brushes first then go back to tower or re-engage.
Do not use shunpo if you can help it. Try to just walk up and activate the second part of your Q with your W. Your shunpo is crucial for escape if the enemy jungler is nearby so it is important not to use it unless you really need to escape or go all in. You can use it for regular trades too but it's not recommended if you don't have your brushes warded.
You do not shumpo to them directly. You max Q for maximum ranged harass. Shumpo to a minion close by that you will kill [ getting the cs], then w while running away.
