ryze unbalanced

hello guys I have always thought that ryze is broken but now I am sure srsly I played him without runes in silver 2 2 weeks ago and iwent 11/2 lol and he is so forgiving igo 0/5 0 /6 and still be able to go 13/8 or 14/6 once he get 2 items he is unkillable
