Most OP Annie Builds?

I have come up with imo the best/most OP Annie Mid or Top build. Rush Rod of Ages for the health, mana, sustain and damage. Then go for Rylai's Crystal Scepter. You will have around 3k health at less than 20 minutes into the game if you farm well and get a kill or two at least. Then go Will of the Ancients. Why? Because you will be tanky around mid game with insane amounts of health and your armor/magic resist steroid with your E. And you can drain all the life you lose right back by using your abilities. With Rylai's, your Q slows by 35%; your W AOE slows by 15%; your E naturally slows attackers by 15% while doing damage to them while healing you; and your Tibbers aoe DOT will apply a consistent slow, so no one is getting away from you while you are somewhat tanky and have insane amounts of damage.

All of your abilities deal a ton of damage, and with your E you are naturally recovering a bit of health each time you get attacked. Then go for Rabadons/Void staff - Void first if they have a bunch of MR. With this build you are tanky mid game, you will have decent survivability late game (e.g., won't get bursted by any champion between your health and your E steroid), have insane amounts of damage, and a lot of spellvamp just like fiddlesticks. If you win a big teamfight near the end game, but only survive with about 15% health, you won't have to back - you can just spell vamp your way back to full health as you push the lanes. And your abilities will be perma slow with Rylais!

TLDR: RoA, Rylai's, Will of the Ancients, Rabadon's, Void Staff. Tanky, spellvamp, insane damage build.

What do you guys think? I very rarely lose with this build. This build works if you are fed AND if you are behind, since getting health/survivability is always good when behind and if you are fed you are unkillable mid game when you can chuck them 100-0 while healing your 3k health pool to full.

I think you need mana regen.

i do similar builds. rylias is not only good for chase, but good for escape, since getting hit with your shield up slows them.

worth noting that item 3257 is good to rush with a build like this. since your other starting items dont provide much AP, the pen helps alot, and furor gives you quite the chase/escape potential before you can afford rylias

I main Annie, have a great win rate as her, and never buy your items.

VS AP I rush Rabadons. VS AD I rush Zhonyas. Works every time. I go pure damage no silly HP or Mana builds.

Annie doesn't run out of mana. Qs are free and after a teamfight you back.

Annie is mainly aoe so that means she doesn't benefit fully from spell vamp. RoA was a standardized item for her but most people want DFG rush on her nowadays. Your build works but you could probably get more success with replacing certain items on this build.

Nah man. Go support Annie, rush a Mejai's, and let the stacks roll in while you just build straight AP afterwards. If you're feeling particularly saucy give yourself a Lich Bane.
