Barrier Vs. Heal
Since the Barrier buffs, is it better to take it over heal now?

For a solo lane? Depends if the enemy has ignite or you feel more comfortable with a heal For a duo lane? Hell no.
(And for the record, barrier already worked quite well on mages like Xerath and Vel'Koz)
