A game full of bots?

So I recently started to play League again after years because I saw some interessting changes in the game and thought it might be fun to play again. After a few bot games to get used to the game again, I finally decided to jump into a normal game. Even though my account was created around 2012, I never had played enough to be able to go up to level 30 and back when I played, i was pretty bad at the game.

FF to this morning. I que in for a normal game and it takes about 2 minutes till the invate arrives. And apperently I got into a team with 4 bots, maybe even all 9 "players" were bots. Why I think so? First of all, ALL used Ghost/Heal, second my whole team went for boots first and started going 3 top, 1 mid and me (I announded myself as support during draft) bot. Now I'm thinking, was I just lucky, is Kayle broken, were these all players playing their first ever game? Can anybody please tell me wether this is a normal match or not?
