Why this Elo system is messed up and a potential way to fix it

Hello my name is Ryan but go by Crucity on the Rift. I've come here to talk about a issue I have been having and many others which shouldn't be with a game this big. When I first started playing ranked I wasn't nearly as good as I am now but find my self in the same rank as I am now. I have went up and down but Bronze wants me to stay here. Whether I do good or bad it all depends on if I win or not because it's a team game. So recently my little brother reaches level 30 and I decided to play his placement games. Although this might be looked as a smurf I wanted to test my skills against people the were a bit higher in skill level. Instantly I could already feel a difference by the Cs and play style of both teams. I ended up going positive and for my first three games of playing low tier golds and high their silvers I won. Keep in mind I'm not on my account so I'm using champions in fairly unfamiliar with and not to comfortable to play a ranked with. Now how is it I do this well against people that are a entire tier or two above me. I was told that I should have someone carry me out of bronze because that's the easiest way but it shouldn't. I feel people in bronze or in most lower Elos should have a chance at being in the rank with their skill level not being scared each game of if their team is going to feed or not. My solution is pretty simple. Like I said when I first started I got Bronze 4 because that was my skill. I've improved but now I can't get out because of my team most games. I propose being able to do placement games again. First off it will help determine which rank you truly deserve again because people do improve. Although you can't have ever Bronze player doing this I believe you should have requirements to do something like this maybe like a 100 wins or ever 3 months you have the option to. Although this does have a huge affect on Mmr I believe it is the right thing to do to put people with their correct ranks. Bronze shouldn't be a experience of Elo hell it should be a place for non experienced players in ranked that enjoy it. Not for people the play hours each day striving to get better and are put down by their team. Me playing on my brothers account proves that I am not a Bronze tier play even though that badge shows it. I do not deserve this rank and neither do a good amount of people in it. Thank you
