How can I improve?

Background: So I just played a game solo in normals because I'm rusty right now. I played as and I have to say I love Twitch! If you look at the pictures you can see I did incredibly well despite the rest of my team not doing so hot. Im in Silver 2 currently and want to work on my game before I go back into ranked. So throughout the game my and would periodically decide it would be a good idea to fight 1-3 v 5 without the fed add and . I understand this isn't my fault, but asides from pinging them to stop (which they didn't) is there someway I could travel the ladder faster? I usually do ok in my games, ranked or not. But it feels like a lot of it is out of my control. People just don't listen to me or don't peel for me. Also note that when we won a team fight (3x) my team never went for a single objective. I was the only one taking towers and the only one pinging baron. In the end despite acing their team or getting 3-4 of them a few times, we lost because I mispositioned in the last fight and got cut off from my team and died.(Not that ekko came to the fight). We were fighting over elder because we only had 1 nexus turret left and needed to stop them or else they would have rolled over us.

Question: Is there anything I can do to improve my chances when I get back to ranked? (I know my cs wasn't great)

PS Im not saying I do this well in every game, but I've had a few now where something like this will happen.
