Is actual League fun to play ?

My thoughts on why is the League of Legends less fun than the older seasons. Even though it sounds just like complaining I still love the game, just not that much and I'd love Riot to improve it.

I just realised how stupid items and runes have become. When you think about it, why does Zed need extra damage from Electrocute ? Why does Yasuo need extra attack damage from Conqueror ?

Zed sure is the strongest and most feared champion in League of Legends, gamplaywise and lorewise, He IS the dominant assassin that is respect among other League champs, but damn he feels too easy and even a sheep could play the champ. Back in the day Zed was HARD and to actually kill someone you needed to hit all spells and do it your own way and for that you were really cool... Today ? hahah... Runes and items do it for you, there are no more mechanics to Zed, he just needs to hit 3 spells and boom Electrocute saves your kill, oh and here's some super broken on-hit item that makes sure you actually kill him again.

I could go on and on how stupid the new runes are, why do the runes give such benefit to the players ? Back in the day you just had your armor up, magic resist up and go all in, it's YOU that fight there not your runes. For example stopwatch ? I've seen some pro games and it was circus. I don't remember the game but they were fighting like 4v4 and ALL OF THEM used stopwatch to save themselves, otherwise it would be bloodbath. Good old League..

These days certain champions feel really overpowered compared to others. One of my main got VU, Malphite that is.. nothing changed, he is still that funny looking piece of brown sh.. that has head on his stomach and his mechanics are R. He cannot farm, his passive and W is super useless.. still no rework.

Janna ... didn't get any skins / VU / rework / buff. Her tornado is still super useless and generates 0 threat, her W is absolutely not existant, E is fine but could be upgraded for example from bonus AD to bonus Adaptive damage, and her ULT ? just a wide knockback ? Where is the heal from that haha. Ignite, Morellonomicon, broken runes, broken items there is not way janna can use her ult to actually help teammates. She needs rework.

Udyr needs rework for long time, hell he is boring to play, and generates no threat.

Rammus' spells feel useless and you don't see any difference if you press them or not, sure Q is pretty visible and does the job but W, E and same goes for R the visuals are horrible and you get the feeling like you are doing nothing. Why not a slow to his ultimate and make it wider ? 80% movement speed reduction for 0.5 seconds every second, enemies could not escape your ult and rammus could easily tank them by his E (which would be also changed).

I can go on and on how to balance the game or upgrade champions. Recent League feels really clunky, you get one shot and you have no time to react. I've been tryharding lol ever since but last few years I feel like just playing for chill which... I cannot do that since Kayn comes from a wall and oneshots me with his electrocute, zed just press R hits 2 shurikens, 1 AA and electrocute + ignite to totaly finish me (I am not even mention the stupid assassin items from back in the Assassin update meta).
