UM WHERE IS MY BOOT UPGRADES I WANT THOSE BACK I FEEL NAKED WITHOUT MY BOOT UPGRADES

please bring them back I honestly don't want to play as much without those boot upgrades.

They helped supports with Captain and all of the other boot upgrades WERE AMAZING

BRING THEM BACK

I think the game is healthier without them. Sorry but it provided too much MS to champions that are already fast and have items.
