People who pick jungle need to be forced to take smite

This needs to happen. It is pretty much an auto loss now. Your jungle can't buy a jungle item, they can't keep up in farm, they can't keep up in level cause of the bonus xp, they have no control over any map objectives. The only reason why any jungle nowadays would NOT take smite is if they forgot, and someone forgetting to take a summoner spell shouldn't mean an instant loss for the rest of the team. Please consider forcing junglers to take smite for the good of the game.

yes it is an auto loss and i feel sorry for the 4 other teammates how got the smiteless jungler.

but.. my god.. people already take FOREVER in champ select. they insist on waiting until the LAST second to lock in their pick even know they knew it the instant it was there turn.

30 seconds per person, on champ select, 30 seconds on ban select for 6 players, pink intent phase, and after all champs have been locked in, final phase

if that isn't enough time to ANYONE on your team to see that the jungler doesn't have smite, then you deserve to lose.

so i should be forced to stay tabbed in for all of selection just to make sure my jungle remembers to do his one job during the selection process?

A lot of times you can spam "smite" all you want but the jungler isn't looking at chat/tabbed out.

Why would someone down vote this? This is a problem that needs to be fixed. There is NO reason not to take smite now unless you are trolling as the jungle.
