Leblanc.

Leblanc is broken. at level 2 she can Q W someone for like half their hp. Where's the counter play in that? Her passive needs a longer CD. It's impossible to get a successful gank off because of her passive and W CD is next to nothing. If you are less than 50% hp you cant even farm safely because she can just combo you once with ignite and you die. Her Q is too powerful to be point and click. Her chains break range is way too long. Her ult CD is too short and also makes a level 6 gank impossible because she can just W-R across the entire lane and if R is on its almost nothing CD her passive just takes over anyway. She can roam anywhere she wants because her W can hop over pretty much every wall in the game and clear waves instantly. She can tower dive at almost no risk because of W. There's almost no counter play in this champion and inevitably every game she gets fed by just 1 shotting you or roaming to other lanes and 1 shotting them then W'ing out taking no damage. I've never seen a leblanc do poorly in a single game. Every time i'm first pick i ban her. The only way a leblanc can lose a game is if the rest of her team feeds horrendously in the early game. Even if i end up winning a game against a leblanc it's because of her team, not her. She does well every game i've seen her picked. (which is every game if she's not banned).
