since jhin is ad caster and he can only fire 4 shots at a time i think cdr is important so essence reaver will be good and ie increase crit damage phantom dancer increased ad some armor pen with last whisper or whatever it is now. but im not sure if i should get bloodthirster because he can only attack 4 times at a time but with hextech gunblade he can heal when hes using spells too

them sheen procs, that CDR, that mana tho also phage is a minor mobility boost and zeal scales his passive and such but really tho who buys triforce for anything other than the sheen

(raw damage means he'll kill you before you can heal anyway, especially since he's trying to kill you in a single combo most of the time)

(both of these boots/sustain item combos bring you to 40% CDR, have comparable AD, and similar sustain)
IE and Essence reaver are core on him because you want those fat crits and constant ability spam. The other crit item is probably just whatever the situation needs most (AoE wave clear, AoE burst, Range, or Dueling). LDR seems to be better than mortal reminder in almost any situation except when facing a super sustain champ like Mundo, Swain, or Volibear. The boot and sustain item combos both offer capped CDR, but I'm not sure which would offer better sustain. Death's dance has less straight healing but applies to more of his damage output, BT offers a shield and better lifesteal, but in combo with the boots may actually offer less AD.

junglerboy161 votesI actually just saw a guy on PBE try this build for 100% crit, 40% CDR, and well over 700 AD, it seemed to work exceptionally well: 
Boots are literally obsolete on Jhin with 100% crit chance because his passive gives him a massive burst of MS (40% MS, more while Youmuu's is active) every attack with this build, and you don't even need them for homeguard anymore. He 2 shot virtually everything, and 4 shot tanks.
