The new LeBlanc

I understand some (or alot, i dont use the boards to much) of people use the boards as a place to complain about champions that seem unbalanced. some champs go though periods were they are extreamly popular and powerful, and they was a point were LeBlanc was devestaing, she was in almost every game and she could dominate even on a moderatly skilled player. Now with removal of dfg and some number shuffling LeBlanc feels healthier, she can be played around and she can still be strong in good hands. But out of all the champions people complain and cry about the one who raises the "im a little to good right now" is Katarina . with massive aoe damage (r), extreamly low cooldowns (p) , great poke (q), and she has the means to get in and out of just about every situation with instantaneous movement to ward and almost all other units (e). With the way riot has been talking about champion balanced Katarina doesn't fit the role of healty play. Its just seems way to easy for someone playing Kat to press a few keys and wipe a team. I feel she needs an actual nerf not just a few seconds sprinkled on to her ult (whos cooldown just gets reset anyway).
