Only that, when you load in-game hold C to open the extended stat menu and hover over Ravenous Hunter. You have to get a kill on each member of the enemy team to stack it, to max out at 5 stacks.

Get a kill or assist on an enemy champion. You get a max of 1 stack per different champion.

If you hover over the rune in game it'll tell you all the information AND it will tell you who you have killed for it. The default button to show rune stats for me is C but you'd have to look yourself.
