i just played a game i am silver 3 and i got 3 people that are unranked, while enemy team everyone is above s3 so can someone explain me why i get 3 unrankeds in my team and loose a game cuz they cant play

You have to also keep in mind that despite the restrictive threshold of just how far apart you can be from other players in terms of ranking, you will always have the potential of running into those of another rank (or no rank in this case), for better or worse. Within that restriction is where Elo/MMR comes into play.
