Can playing with higher ELO affect mine that much ??

Now i'm almost worry. I've never had such a terrible match history. So far i always felt like i was being thrown in the right kinda game being able to play average to carry sometime. Lately it seem like i'm always struggling. ;( All i know is a week , week and a half ago i had maybe a couple of good game in fact with a friend plat. and some very probably higher elo then me. Is this possible ? I mean last game i had ( again ) something like a silver , a gold , 3x lvl30 , i meanwe had a silver 2 x lvl30 , my friend and me not done capping. Yea that's not what i'm use to.
