rank climbing

who else knows what i mean when i say the phase bronze pitt? what i mean by this is for the people that dont have a ranked team but want to get placed and end up in a match with a full team of bronze versus a team of at least gold 5's and then your dreams of getting into an actual good elo are crushed. and then some people may say why dont you just carry the game if you think you are so good? well when someone like me mains the role of a support like alistar then or taric then it is kind of hard to carry and then if your adc doesnt do good then it is really hard for you to do the same so you either have to get your adc fed and your adc has to respond perfectly at the right moments or you have to have a good jg that knows when to peel and when to engage but it is highly rare to get a good team. so if anyone thinks they have a good solution for this then pls respond but as far as i know there is nothing i can do but hope that i can pick up decent enough players to get out of bronze but it seem that when ever i get the chance to do so the adc that i get dosnt have good patters with me so then we dont win lane and all that happens is that they flame towards me and then they abandon me so there is my rank games pretty much rapped up in one what do ya'll think?
