slow mo on taliyah's dogshit dmg. had luden and morello and needs 3-4 full q's to kill single target while leblanc can just oneshot carries with the same items.
edit: if u slow down more, u can see leblanc used W on taliyah's E, and 2 rocks did 100 dmg. luden + morello BTW.
or, i guess riot is satisfied with taliyah jungle, while taliyah was designed to be a mid laner. def not bcuz lazy to look into this champ
Taliyah in her current state is neither a jungler nor a midlaner. She literally belongs nowhere on the map.
She has been completely neglected ever since Riot nerfed her Q's damage to monsters. Her initial rework that removed the AoE from her Q rendered her a mediocre midlaner at best, and now she is a really bad jungler as well. She can neither clear camps nor waveclear properly early on.
The only good things she can do are: -Kiting in teamfights -Burst with W-E combo (which is very unreliable in the first place)
The thing is, without her AoE Q, her teamfight power and poke in lane becomes really really mediocre (it's not just about waveclear). If enemies are all gathered together, she should be able to punish that with her Q. Now enemies can straight up ignore her Q even if they are all grouped together. Even Ucal, one of the best Taliyah players in the world, can literally do nothing with her in teamfights.
The compensation that Taliyah got as a result of her Q losing its AoE (including W cooldown buffs) was mostly reverted because of how OP Taliyah jungle was. Then Riot destroyed Taliyah jungle, gave Q an early game cooldown buff + mana cost reduction to compensate, and called it a day. The compensation there was absolutely insufficient. She couldn't do much with her Q early on in lane because people can just stand in a minion wave to avoid everything, and her mid-to-late game had nothing new to make up for the loss of her AoE damage.
You could bring release Taliyah's kit into the jungle (mind you, it was not made for the jungle at all) and she would still perform better than the current Taliyah. That's how sad things are compare to the past.
At this point she should just receive a total rework. Bring back AoE Q, and do whatever you want with her ultimate so that she no longer suffers from the "strong in competitive, weak in soloq" syndrome. Right now, she is nothing compared to the release Taliyah that attracted her dedicated playerbase.
Bonus: Riot is trying to justify not making Taliyah a skin with her abysmal playrate, but do you know why Taliyah's playrate was this low in the first place? It's the fact that she cannot be played well in either of her roles! It's because she has been completely destroyed.

Leblanc only dashes with her W on ONE of Taliyah's E rocks, missed W, and misses all the projectiles from her Q. Of course it does no damage. Most of Taliyah's burst comes from landing a perfect W into E, bursting a lot of rocks, with a follow up damage with Q and electrocute proc.
