Crit Chance for attack speed item

To start with, and AD carry should have 100% crit chance with 3 items (Infinity Edge / Essence Reaver + 2 attack speed items). This kind of build is what the meta has turned for AD carries and still they are left being the easiest to target and easiest to kill role in a game. They were designed to be this late game hiperscaling carries, but games of league most of the time end up being so snowbally that an AD carry just low to none impact in the game and marksmen that can snowball in a game can end up being shut down by most other bruisers or assasins. Im not meaning bruisers or assasins or tanks need to be nerfed at all, but in a league game, ad carries become so unreliable that it has become this high risk for low reward role to play. So what is proposed is to give Attack speed items 10% more crit chance so AD carrie will be criting mid to late game. It becomes a high risk for high reward role to pull off. lets just see the recent Jhin, lucian, ms fortune builds, they all rely basically in AD and armor penetration, it just shows how autoattacks are worse and unreliable than high damage burst. Again im not proposing to nerf this kind of builds, its awesome that we get to see this diversity in games and this nice switches an ad carry can do to his build. What i am proposing is that if an AD carry needs to rely on his basic attacks to deal its damage, and this source of damage is easy to shut down from early to late game, then it should pay off more than it currently is. To end with, Phamtom dancer, Runnans, Rapid fire cannon, Statikk Shiv, all of them should provide 40% crit chance.
