What am I doing wrong?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here guys.. I've been playing this game for years and I'm still stuck in silver. I look at tons of tutorials and watched streams and read tips and tricks. I try to pay attention to what I'm doing wrong and what I am doing right in games so i can better improve my skills. I don't rage at people, I'm not "salty", i try to help my teammates if they are doing bad. I don't understand what I'm doing to where I'm not like gold higher by now...

tl:dr I've been playing for a long time and I'm still in silver, any tips to help me climb even higher?

Play the game more. Lower your champion pool.

Mastering one or just a few champions, and carrying your team, is one of the easiest ways to climb low rankings.

Playing more games a day will generally improve any players performance.

if your stuck in silver and dont know why thats the first problem you cant even see the very obvious and open mistakes that you constantly make and you think its the "right" move when its not. I could look at your op.gg and find plenty of things you are bad at and thats without watching you play. If you are in silver elo gold elo plat elo low diamond elo you are trash at the basics. The basics is all you need to get to diamond. No fucking joke.

There's very little to say without seeing you play. From looking at your profile (assuming your forum account is the same one you're talking about), I have only two things. The first is your runes make so sense. The second is your champion selection is bad.
