They had two version on the PBE that felt really good to play with (the double activate W)

I liked the second one but Riot had it on the PBE for half a day then put up this shit. The PBE forum has tons of people say it felt bad. Didnt feel like Fizz, Didnt feel Trickstery. Riot ignores all that and puts the shit live.

Its just a bit weak, they can always give it a bit higher dmg.
