Yup, honor is broken.

So recently I took a break from league of legends. I didn't play as much as I normally would for about a month. But a friend of mine had been playing regularly throughout the whole month I was gone. And during this time honor was active. Now keep in mind, my friend is not toxic at all. He's not an ass-kisser but he's by no means toxic, I've never seen him be toxic, EVER. But guess what happened, Ive been regularly playing for 2 weeks now, and I'm already honor level 3. I don't understand, how did I get honor level 3 before my friend did? It doesn't make sense.
