can u make master tier for all tier?

disband 5 divisions for each tier and create master tier for each (ie bronze master tier) set requirement for entering the master tier (ie 5 wins for bronze, 3 win streak + 20 wins for platinum) and compete for the top spots for auto promo to the next 'normal' tier (ie from 'silver master tier' to 'gold tier') make separate ranked queue for normal and master tier every week with update top players moves to the next tier and bottom gets demoted to the normal tier that way people who are satisfied with their tier won't have to play with the people who wants to move up and vice versa hows that?
