Solution to Smurfing?

Wynaut have new players answer a question such as "Have you previously played League before?" and maybe even if they choose yes "If so, what level/rank were you?". I actually think Riot already does something similar to this, but how about increasing the difference (starting mmr) depending on the answers? This way, smurfs can play with other smurfs and true beginners will be put with other beginners. How does this stop people who purposely play to pubstomp noobs? Nothing, and it may actually help them, but honestly, I think those people are a small minority of smurfs.

Just a suggestion, very WiP, feedback is much appreciated.

From what I've heard, the majority smurf accounts are only made so that level 30/ranked players can go back to the joy of smashing everyone they come up against and not have the pressure of doing well. In this case, those sign-up questions would be full-on lies. If they wanted to play against other smurfs that were as good as they were, they'd play on their normal accounts, I'm sure.

After level 15-20 you pretty much only play against smurfs unless a new player has really high mmr. But yeah a "hey I'm a smurf, just let me grind pls" button would be nice. I don't really enjoy beating up helpless players, but I like having multiple accounts.
