Bronze queue times, I just had a 21 minute queue.
What's the deal? Is this common? I have run into 8-10 minute times, but 20+ minutes is kinda long.

What I do, is once it passes the "Approximate Wait Time" I just cancel and re-queue. Usually I find a game within a minute or two after that.
Your MMR could be so low that the system has a hard time matching you.
It's reverse challenger, in a way. If you have 100 MMR for instance, there's only a tiny percentage of people in the world with such low elo, comparable to the number of challenger and master players.
