Heimerdinger: Balance issues

Toplaners, botlaners, and midlaners all cringe when they see a heimerdinger in the opposing lane. Why? Because he has some ridiculous lane dominance that ensures that he can sit back and take a bite of a sandwitch in the midle of a battle. I have tried many ways to try and deal with a toplane Doger, but unfortunatley, Heimy is just so powerful when he has his turrets on the field. Azir, having a similarities with his soldiers (to the point that they act as senturies) is a very squishy champ. but heimer is not and his sentries are RANGED. An aggresive heimer can ruin the lives of anyone opposing him in lane, and I belive he is just not squishy enough for his playstyle.

Ranged champs are ok against heim, melee champs.... not even worth fighting the lane.
