Is the ranked season over? Is it being hard reset? Or...

LetMeCarry19832 votesIt doesn't reset until the next season starts. When the season ended on the 12th it simply meant that the system recorded whatever rank you were at that time as your season 8 ending rank. So like me, who ended Silver 3 on the 12th, can fall to Bronze 5 now but my season 8 end rank will, for all time, be Silver 3. Every website on the internet that shows League stats will always show me ending season 8 at Silver 3 regardless of where I ended up after the 12th. Essentially, rank is just a glorified normals queue during this period. Whatever rank you get now will be effectively meaningless. If I got to Diamond now, no one will ever know that I did when the ladder does reset.
