I am so tired of playing Rank, Team builder, Whatever, and there is a Duo on my team who ends up feeding and then trolling when the game so its impossible to win because its basically 3v5 (for better stats 3.5v5) and will not surrender. This way atleast we don't get screwed by duoQ members for 60+ mins and waste our life
I have won a ton of 3-2 surrender vote games. Like, hundreds. Many players react badly to one big play or lost teamfight.
That said, I would be comfortable with some special policy where duos count as one player rather than two, so it'd work like a 4 man vote if there's a duo in the game.
Majority Rules right? so 3-2 makes sense
It should be changed to a majority rules effect, so if there's 3 yes and 2 no the 3 yes should win.
Sorry but this should not pass. Think about how unfair this is to the solo que players and players who still want to play the game. You have two players that don't want to give up but they have no power over the surrender vote. You want to ruin the games of players in the masses just because you think that you got 2 duo trolls in your game.

NO! I've already seen enough with 4-1 surrenders at 20 because the team didn't perform well during laning and thinks its already over. Every game is winnable. Unfortunately, people start asking for surrenders because A) They died a few times in lane B) The team has lost 1 or 2 towers C) The team is down 5-10 kills. Seriously, I hate when people want to give up so early. IMO, these are the changes we need to surrender
the surrender rule now is minimum 70% votes...
mean that minimum of 4 from 5... (80%), 3 from 4... (75%) or all in 3 or less... (100%) that's from total player connected...
maybe if they change to minimum 70% votes in... maybe...
5 players... 3 agree, 1 disagree, 1 abstain... still count... 5 players... 3 agree, 2 abstain... still count... 5 players... 3 agree, 2 disagree... failed...
since i am spectating some match that all 5 players connected yet still failed to surrender with only 3-1 or even 3-0 votes...

There is a possibility to win every game , so stop being a toxic nerd and get with the program .
So you want 3 people to get to decide whether or not a game will still be played, instead of a good majority.
