Scale numbers for Champions in client

I think that we should be able to see the stats by the numbers for each champion in the client instead of having to go into a game to read or looking up a third party site to find their scaling or base stats on ablities. If this is available on client and I'm just dumb, please direct me, or if there is an obvious reason for not having them, I'd like to know. I'm not exactly savvy with the in depth computer stuff so maybe I'm just ignorant, but I think it would save a lot of time to just have the stats right there to read.
